About the project
Stage projection design, motion graphics and theatre promotional content for RENT at Curve, Leicester (2024), created by freelance motion designer Richie Phillips.
The brief
Create visuals for the stage and promotional materials for the production, covering projections, social media and flyers.
The approach
I created motion graphics for the song “Contact”, alongside neon-style location signs for the Cat Scratch Club and Life Café. Written parts of the story were also projected onto the back of the stage.
Alongside the stage visuals, I created the production’s social media content and flyers. This video brings together examples of both the projections and promotional work.
